If more CCTV surveillance is installed, the number of crimes is much lesser and the city will be much safer. This is due to the fact that surveillance is being able to inspect or rather know the every moves what are you doing at any time. Therefore, things will not get out of hands. In this period of economy downturn, many would face financial problems and some may turn to be shoplifter or robber. This could result in loss of money for the merchandize we have paid if they are successful in doing it. Moreover, the technologies are able to work for 24/7 but we human cannot.
