I would like to comment on Keith's entry. He has stated that CCT surveillance would help in capturing thieves, robbers and terrorists. However, there is a flaw in this statement. What if the person who committed such crimes knew that there were surveillance cameras. He could disguise himself or wear a coat and a mask to cover his face and body. He could also be wearing shoes and added height to the shoes in order to make himself look taller and mislead the police. Hence, i think that the surveillance cameras may not always help the authorities to find suspects and thus this is a flaw in the surveillance cameras.
