Q1) By installing a CCTV security system in the shop, shop owners will be able to avoid dealing with many of the thieves that strike businesses that are not prepared. When the thieves realize that the shop is protected by a CCTV they may choose to go somewhere else. Their business will not have as many problems with shoplifters. Those shoplifters who don’t know that the business is protected are often apprehended because of the CCTV.
Q2) People in the shop would feel uncomfortable as there are cameras everywhere and they know that are spying or looking on them. They would feel that they have no privacy as whatever they do, someone will be watching them. Another disadvantage, which many would not write, is that those stores may even install a CCTV in the changing room or in the toilet ( the boss is a pervert)
