This is my 2nd post.
It is only adding onto my previous one and is therefore quite short.
I feel that using CCTVs in the economic downturn is ingenious. Although it would mean the use of a few millions, maybe even billions to deploy them citywide, this can drastically cut down unrest, helping the city mantain order and therefore slowly progress forwards economically.
I think that marking the CCTVs obviously is very useful as this causes people to think twice before commiting a crime, Because, even if we find out what the person did and who he is by using a sneaky cam, it will still take a while to catch them. Ruling with an Iron fist mercilessly like hitler and qin shihuang is the best way to control a city.
